HEB Manitoba is excited to announce that significant enhancements to the Healthcare and Dental Plans are coming into effect in 2026.

Over the past several years, we have informed our members about the Trustees’ intention to improve our Healthcare and Dental Plan benefits to better align with industry standards and meet member expectations. In the 2024 Report to Members released last summer, we shared that we hoped to be able to implement these improvements in 2026, and we are now pleased to confirm that we are going ahead this year.

How Manitobans Benefit

The Plan enhancements will provide employees with expanded healthcare and dental benefits, supporting the well-being of Manitoba health care workers.

Details Coming in February

We will provide complete details of the Plan enhancements in February. At that time, more information and resources will be made available for employers, unions and employees to understand the full scope of the changes, and how they will be impacted. Our Employer and Member Services teams will be ready to answer any questions that arise.

We’re working hard to finalize our communications. Please hold off on contacting us for now.
